This hotel has been recently renovated, featuring a friendly and welcoming staff team. It's conveniently located in a natural setting, and being close to the motorway is a great advantage. there's a nice restaurant just a 10-15 minute walk away.

i was happy with hotel's unbeatable location in the middle of the city. my room included a multi-channel tv, a study table, and a radio. a bath in the personal bathroom was a plus. the staff were very pleasant and an absolute pleasure. location: the venue was near an industrial park, southern france, and the garden.

We stayed in a newly remodelled and outstanding room that had a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a TV with satellite channels.

I enjoyed my newly decorated and excellent room, which included a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and satellite television. the breakfast was fabulous and priced at just 10 euros. the hotel's location was convenient, situated near an industrial park about 3 miles outside Valenciennes, and the garden added a nice touch. it was a comfortable stay with great prices.

The hotel is in a poor condition - the room and the bathroom was very badly kept - it really needs a brush up. It needs painting and a thorough kleening - expecially the bathroom was in a bad condition. It is not worth the money and we only ordered because etap near by was booked. We normaly use etap on our trip from France to Denmark and are very satisfied with it, it is a much better buy - and cheaper!! So next time we shall book etap again.

It was basic but clean and served its purpose. It was good there was a restaurant on site for an evening meal and breakfast.

I booked this hotel because it said there were triple rooms and an extra bed could be added. I booked 3 triple rooms and 3 extra beds for 12 of us however this hotel does not offer this anymore. Luckily we had travel cots for the children to sleep in.

We found a great deal on a room with a bathtub for £30, and the location was perfect, nestled in a green area next to an industrial park.

Clean rooms, nice gardens, good for dog owners. Good value for overnight stop. Friendly staff. decent breakfast.

It felt like a culinary journey, where each bite was a flavorful adventure.

Restaurant Closure: The only downside was that the restaurant was closed on Saturday night, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel closes at 21-30 on weekends, which can be a bit inconvenient for late-night travelers.

First of all, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, despite the language barrier. They made an effort to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. Secondly, the rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room. Lastly, the hotel was in a great location, surrounded by beautiful gardens and grassy areas, perfect for an evening stroll. I found the hotel to be a great value for money and would highly recommend it.

The bathroom was super clean and had good water pressure for a refreshing shower. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our short stay more fun. We also appreciated the reasonably priced breakfast options. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The parking places were free of charge and the breakfast was decent. The buffet style had good options to choose from which was a plus. The location was also convenient as it was close to the main road and easy to find.

The room and bathroom were not adequately maintained and in poor condition with a stuffy atmosphere. The towels were old and discolored, and there were fraying edges.
